ORDER STOCK BLISTERS

Cost effective alternative to complete custom blister packaging mold tooling. .010" or .015" clear PVC materials utilized on combo runs.   Tooling charges are minimal, compared with the costs of full custom tooling. Typically one cavity is needed for every 12,500 blisters order to be produced on a single combo run.

Utilizing state of the art CAD/CAM systems, We will quickly design and prototype a custom blister to fit your sample product, card size, and other design specifications. Following customer review and approval, orders can be placed in our combo run program. Order increments must be 12,500 25,000, 50,000, 75,000 or 100,000 blisters.

Mold charges vary with size, complexity of the configuration to be produced and quantity to be ordered. There will never be additional mold charges for repeat orders, unless additional cavities are required for increased order quantities.
